I'm using this as a chicken coup, I know, don't make fun.But compared to some of the other products out there, this thing is really well built. Simple to assemble, (I did most of it alone the kids helped install the upright legs) and I'm confident I will get many years use of it. Definitely would recommend for any application

This product was prettymuch exactly what I paid for. It isn’t this massive carport or anything but it serves it’s purpose for me. I bought it for my boat to be parked under it on the trailer, it is the perfect size width and height for a bayliner 185 boat to keep debris and water from accumulating in the cover of the boat. The structure seems to be pretty sturdy and the tarp seems to appear to do justice. The only issue I had was the reinforcement cables; one of them was burred up and then the threads stripped. Not a major issue but an issue still and the instructions aren’t the greatest but it’s a pretty simple assembly that me and my girlfriend were able to build in roughly an hour. Takes 3-4 people to move into exact position but still not a difficult task as in total it weighs 100 pounds or so. I will update on quality once I’ve had it assembled for a few months to see how it withstands weather including rain and wind

This is a very decent product for the price, and customer service does go above and beyond to honor the guarantee...Please anchor the legs properly on both sides. By properly, I do not mean sand bags. Use paracord for anchor knots or screw em into a stable foundation or something. If you know how to anchor it down for strong winds, you can't go wrong with this purchase. God bless!

I got to the last step of installation to find that three of the legs were not cut properly. There are

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy frame, easy to set up. Canopy won't last this winter, which is disappointing. How do I order a new Canopy? This one definitely wasn't the quality advertised.

Quality is not as expected

We bought the light grey tarp tent as a place to park our car. It was very easy to assemble and took only about 2 hours. The legs and support bars are quite sturdy. The tarp could be a bit thicker. It is in a sheltered location near some very big trees so we hope that between the weighted leg bags and the trees that there is no problem with the winds. We'll see how well it works out over the next year. It was a good value for sure.

We had months of rough weather and that had a negative impact on the canopy part (the frame is still as good as new, in spite of weather, which is itself a good thing!), which begun to come apart. Again, no reflection on the inherent quality, just bad luck with really bad weather, as some people will appreciate. I contacted the vendor to replace the canopy without buying a whole new item, which seemed wasteful. I was prepared to pay for such replacement, as it really wasn’t the fault of the manufacturer. Well, they sent me a replacement for free, from China, at zero cost. Now, while I appreciate the financial aspect of this, what I think it’s absolutely brilliant (and unfortunately rare) is the courtesy and customer service level these people showed to me. That’s worth nearly more than money! Quick responses, thorough communication, super efficient and effective. I’ll prioritize Voysign any time I can, they more than deserve my business, and I highly recommend them (something I never bother doing, by the way, which shows how favorably impressed I am).
