The fact it is part of the Willow Tree Hall series with the same characters.
Liked all the characters and plot, and the details of the manor house and grounds.

Fantastic read.
Upon seeing a new book called Moonlight Kisses at Willow Tree Hall whilst browsing the virtual shelves of my Kindle library I quickly snapped it up. Then I noticed it was part of a series. Imagine how happy I was to discover I already owned all three previous titles. Renamed and with a fresh look I decided to start this series immediately. I devoured this book in a day and a half and absolutely loved it.Working as a housekeeper at the crumbling stately home of Willow Tree Hall in the village she grew up in, Annie isn’t exactly qualified for the role she has taken on. Yet she has become one of the family to elderly brother and sister duo Arthur and Rose, who she takes care of as best she can. That is until Arthur breaks his leg and is hospitalised, forcing the return of the prodigal grandson, Sam.This book is a real delight with plenty of lovable characters, a gorgeous village, and a grand stately home rising from the ashes of its former beauty. I’m really looking forward to making my way through the rest of the series.

A House To Mend A Broken Heart by Alison Sherlock
I absolutely loved this book. Annie is a sweet girl who is tired of working as a chambermaid on an ocean liner and comes home wanting to live near her childhood friends. Megan gets her a position as housekeeper in a stately manor house Willow Tree Hall where Megan cleans twice weekly. This is perfect for Annie who grew up on the estate as her father was groundskeeper. Annie falls in love with the elderly owner Arthur and his sister Rose. Oh the grandson Sam Harris comes home to see how the house needs repair, reluctant to leave his high flying job managing singers and rockgroups. Being buried in the countryside is not his idea of fun and his younger brother is not any happier to help the family manor become updated. Although they grew up there after their parents died, they have gone on with their lives and childhood memories have been forgotten s well as their grandfather. Some of this book had my mouth wide open in shock and surprise as the poor stately manor is treated so badly while trying to make it comfortable for Arthur to come home after he ends up in hospital after a leaky roof accident. Please read this book if you like to be entertained on your days off or before bed. I really looked forward to picking it up and did not want it to end, I found it so interesting! I will even read it again one day I enjoyed it so much! This writer has created characters I liked to read about.

I really loved this book!
I really did love this book and the way the author made the characters come to life. There was one huge problem though...the book definitely needed to be proof read! There were so many glaring errors on each and every page. At times I found it very distracting.
