Defective matrix return requested.
Item arrived as described and on time, however it doesn’t work. My last matrix would at least register hits but not in all areas. I purchased this matrix to resolve the issue. But This matrix does not register any hits. I checked the connections and still nothing. I’m not sure if this is just a defective matrix. I went back to my old matrix and it at least registers just not in the 18 area which is the whole reason why I ordered this replacement matrix.
