Good for inflammation anywhere on your body. It doesn't taste great, but I put a little sweetener in it and it is fine. Don't drink too much of this every day, then you will have digestion problems and get a little sick.

I only drink this because my friend who is a fertility coach recommended it for supporting fertility. In my opinion, it doesn't taste very good, haha, but I've been having it for months and am used to it. This tea is interesting the first time you try it. It's slightly tingly, at least thats the best way I can describe it, but I quickly got used to that. It's really enjoyable especially with a little honey. Im not sure about the medicinal qualities, but I do feel my ankles and feet were less swollen. Ive had problems with my ankle since a horse riding accident a couple years ago and ankle hurts less when I had a cup of this every day.
