Spinning out of control
Hi we just tried it today and while my son was on it it started spinning out of control and threw him off! We turned it off and let it set for a while and it’s charged. Turned back on and still spinning after 5seconds of riding it and very dangerous! Is this a malfunction/broken? Can you replace it please?

Good hoverboard
This hoverboard is working fine and it lasts for at least 2 hours continous work.Charging in 3 hours to reach 100%.
