Original HP Printhead for HP OfficeJet Pro 8610, 8620 8630 8640 8650 8660 and All-in-One

Great product and was very happy to see that had a whole set of cartridges supplied with it.

HP very helpfully told me I needed a new printer as I head a printhead error having just bought a new set of ink cartridges. They also told me they do not sell any spare parts. This product arrived within a day and was easy to install and is working fine. Saved me a lot of time and hassle. Would recommend.

Quick and easy to install but I didn't want or need the inks that came with it.

First replaced cartridges with HP originals, problem of poor print not resolved.Researched, and identified Printer Head to blame.Read the reviews that said basically don’t touch replacement heads from non-HP with a barge-pole.Had to buy this, and guess what’s included…another set of cartridges.Very expensive stuff, but seems like it’s the price we pay for being loyal to HP?Knowing quite a lot about manufacturing costs, i think the mark-up is huge!

This is the second time we’ve replaced the print head. Yes this is pricey but it’s worth it. This pack comes with a full set of ink cartridges- the instructions recommend swapping out the old cartridges. Glad I did as you remove old ink buildup.

I opted for this HP Original Replacement Printhead as opposed to the various cheaper ones available [Chinese 3D printed???] because I wanted to ensure quality and longevity.It arrived quite quickly from EU and was fitted and tested in less than 15 mins. It resolved a problem with my non-functioning HP 8160 printer which I had used for 8 years. It was suggested to me that I purchase a new printer rather than buying a printhead which cost as much as the HP 8160 original printer 8 years ago.. So acting on that advice I did but was disappointed in the quality of the new product compared with my HP 8160 and when I set up the new printer it failed to print properly, so back it went.I wish I had relied on my gut feeling and gone for a replacement print head in the beginning as now I have a sturdy printer which hopefully will last me another 8 years.

I have tried various printheads for my Officejet 8620 printer mainly from ebay sellers. None of them worked and all had to be sent back. If you want a new printhead to keep your printer going, these, although quite expensive do actually work without any issues. They also come with a set of cartridges. Take my advise and don't waste your time with those cheap but useless things on ebay, these actually work.
