I was recently in a cast due to an ankle fracture which prevented me from taking a shower. I purchased this item because of the good reviews and figured if NASA astronauts used it (as the label claims) then it must be pretty good. Followed the directions on the label and also followed the reviewers tips. It worked great and kept me clean for the 4 weeks I was casted. Of course there's nothing like a real shower but this stuff worked better than I expected. Just remember not to let the solution dry off on your skin as the perspiration and skin particles will remain on your body and wipe off with an unused section of towel. The only thing I wasn't crazy about is the smell; it reminded me of an old person, powdery and borderline musty. I'd much rather have a more shower fresh smell to it.

I dampen a plastic loofa, pour on some product, and scrub away. After, then, drying with a towel, I feel fresh and clean. My skin does not feel dry and itchy, as it does with soap.

This is stuff is FABULOUS. Would have given it 5 stars if it were actually an odor-free product. The bottle says "Odor-Free," but I think that means YOU won't smell after using it... well, you will smell like "powder."Mom just had hip surgery, so we were looking for something that would be easy to use and not sticky for sponge baths until she can shower again. She is the pickiest person in the world and has a very sensitive nose. This wash doesn't leave any residual stickiness, and she's living with the residual powder scent...This is priced fine, unless you're planning to use it on a daily basis, ongoing... if it's just for a limited period of use, it's not bad.

Cleans very thoroughly, pleasant scent, no need to rinse. Very, very useful for any situation where water is not available or person cannot get into or use water.

with a highly sensitive skin surface due to congenital internal/external scleroderma, this is a wonderful bath product. i use it in my shower and rinse it off because that's how i prefer to use it. i've used it without water and wiped it off during very cold nights. i'm in TX we haven't gotten many of those cold nights for a year or so but it works in the shower too!

I am a truck driver and it definitely helps when you are no where near a shower. Would it replace a shower? Uh....no.But if you're in a situation that you're unable to locate a shower as regular as you feel comfortable with this is definitely a good option (as opposed to doing nothing it's a great option!) I also use witch hazel which works fantastic too.

I am a RN and we use this exact product in the hospital and I love it. I was buying it locally at a medial supply store and found it on Amazon and it is a much better deal. I have kids and keep this on hand all the time. It works great if we are out and I need to wash hands lr faces safely. Highly recommend.

This product must be diluted with water in a container and THEN applied to the body. I was looking for a product like one I used at a nursing care facility. It is like a lotion that can be applied with a washcloth and then wiped clean with another wet cloth. So I was disappointed because I have mobility issues and can't carry a container of water. I think the description of the product should inform potential buyers that the product is concentrated and needs to be diluted.
