I've tried of load of collagen in the past, covering all types liquid fish chicken and bovine. This one comes and easy sachets so I can carry around and is a collection of all 5 types of collagen perfect for my needs

I must say I am pretty happy with this supplement.I am a female over 40, with some signs of ageing that we all experience.( Large pores, wrinkles, ageing skin, joint pains you know all the fun stuff.) It's not severe yet, but my body is defiantly getting older. So I started looking into collagen supplements.After I started taking this supplement my skin, which is normally dry and scaly, started to look more hydrated. My nails grow faster and now I maintained an elegant length and my joints seem to heal a little better after hard workouts. I noticed that even my hair grow faster. This is a great product, I'm really satisfied. Unlike previous multi collagen powders I’ve tried this doesn’t smell bad and dissolves easily without any bad taste. As I prefer black coffee there’s normally a slight taste from collagen, not bad but slightly noticeable and with multi ones and marine collagen it can be very noticeable. This one I get a slight difference in taste from my normal coffee but it’s not a bad taste, more like I’ve used a different pod but it’s still good. This is priced really low for a good quality grass fed multi collagen, especially as you have 40 individual sachets. As someone that detests chicken It offers me a source I’d never get naturally. I normally use their Keto collagen, which I found gave me great results and the powdered MCT is kinder on my stomach than oil. However, I’ve just discovered a great keto shake that has MCT in so I needed a collagen without MCT and this is a brand I already trust. I’m glad I gave this a go as it’s a more convenient way to use multi collagen for me and I will swap to these sachets now.I’ve used collagen for several years now so I can attest to the benefits for hair, skin and nails, I have fibromyalgia so collagen isn’t going to give me noticeable pain relief but anything is a bonus. Without collagen my nails split at the base and the skin on my hands breaks open and bleeds, it also minimises the dry skin everywhere else. If you’ve never used collagen you need to give it 30 days before judging it, although most people notice the benefits with skin and nails much sooner. A multi collagen provides types 1 through to 5 to cover all the bases but they’re not always very palatable and can smell quite bad when you open the tub. The benefit of the sachets is you won’t have a tub open for a month. It’s more convenient to take in your pocket or bag too.

Not only does it give you a wide variety of collagen it's also excellent value,it works out at a bit under 50 pence a sachet for your 10g collagen dose.As it has no taste you can mix the powder with pretty much anything, add a sachet when your baking, put it into your hot or cold drinks,add it to your porridge or mix in with a shake.I add it to my regular Oat drink and confirm that it mixes in easily and makes no difference at all to the taste.The sachets make things a lot easier as well,more usually collagen powder comes in a bag with a scoop which can get messy.The collagen is Keto and Paleo friendly as well as being made from all natural ingredients. As for the important "does it work?" question,I changed to these from my previous regular Collagen powder and it basically does exactly the same job,though the considerably lower price of these and the easy to use sachets make this product the hands down winner.Great collagen at a very good price.
