Got it as a gift for my hunny and he loves it. The only thing it could use it a extra wheels to glide it. It can get a little heavy pulling it at times, but either way it works so good.

I love the box get a lot of compliments because of it I like that I don't have to purchase another bag anytime soon cuz it won't fall apart on me besides the wheel bearings I just took the screw out to check on the wheels because they were not moving as smoothly and the bearings in one of the wheels and I'm sure it's in both because they're extremely wobbly are both bad would like to be able to purchase some new bearings but have not found them on their site

Love the case for travel and security, Though it weighs in at 90lbs fully loaded. The balls fit very tight which keeps them from moving around during travel but it makes it hard to get the balls out, I use a ball carrier/cleaner to get them out easier which made it even tighter. Just about a year and the wheel bearing broke apart and might I add right before usbc open date. Called Customer service and they are closed, will call again later. Update as to how they handle this will be attempted.
