Not working properly
The media could not be loaded. I am very disappoint with sylvi because they run a manufacturing company and they did not check the product befor dispatch to direct customer .

Bad packaging and not working product
The media could not be loaded. This watch stopped working after few days lasted not even a week. Packaging was very bad, watch was already on when I received parcel it means battery was getting consumed from many weeks or months. Box was also damage.
