It is a bit warmer shade of burgundy than I was expecting, but it is still a nice color . If it was any warmer shade, I couldn’t pull it off…but it is very nice. The lid is a bit loose like others were saying, but I solved that by just keeping the box and putting it inside. The best thing about this product is that it is plastic free :)

I wanted to love this lip balm. I've been trying to reduce my use of plastics and my daughter is always taking my lip balm so I was pleased to see this option.The packaging is bulkier than traditional plastic tubes, doesn't matter to me but if you carry it in your pocket it an elastic holder on your key fob it may be too much.The scent and taste were unremarkable to me, not unpleasant in any way and not anticipating the next application.I don't find this balm soothing or moisturizing at all. When applying, I have to drag it across my lips, there is no gliding. I can feel that it's there, but it doesn't feel like I've used lip balm at all.I'll keep using it, but I won't buy it again.

this is going to sound hyperbolic but I feel like this is the only chapstick i've ever used that legitimately 'works' as in, I use it and my lips are not drier or more chapped later -- it heals them somehow and is not necessary to apply all the time . . . it just works very well.I also have a sensitivity to sunflower, and sunflower oil is in EVERYTHING -- but not this! very good. very miraculous as far as a chapstick goes. saved my f-d up dry winter lips.

…the lid seems a little lose, like it doesn’t want to stay on. The product itself is great though.

Great moisturizer. But o don't know if it's the grapefruit smell or a mold smell.

I appreciate plastic free products. My experience with lip balms in general is that my lips are pretty sensitive so it's rare to find one I can use that is more helpful than harmful. My experience with natural products is that they can be all over the board in the way of quality.This is soothing and moisturizing without weird flavors or scents. Texture and consistency is perfect. And no plastic!

very nice formula and scent is more of a cocoa powder, less sweet kinda vibe.i thought it was a bit pricey, but eco friendly options are great and the tube is quite large with a lot of product! not bad at all

I need lip balm constantly and this is by far my favorite kind. The price seems high for a tube but it lasts a long time. The cocoa scent is perfect but after I tried it I bought another scent also for variety. I try to buy plastic free packaging but I found this when I was looking for lip balm without beeswax. Very happy with the product.

I love the fact that this lip balm is all natural, even the packaging, as there's no plastic involved and it's unscented. Unfortunately though, it does not work for me - it's very firm and leaves my lips feeling strangely sticky and odd and doesn't really improve the dryness at all. No doubt it works OK for some but unfortunately, not for me. It's a shame as I had to purchase two of them as a basic order.
