Q: Can we use this on babies before 3 months of age?

I started using the sleep suit at 10 weeks b/c i knew I'd be back to work when my baby was 12 weeks. I didn't know how I would be able to function with out sleep and I was really desperate to find a solution. Before the sleep suit, my baby would cry as soon as I put her in the bassinet. The first night I used the sleep suit I was extremely skeptical but willing to try anything to get her sleeping in her bassinet. That suit was like a miracle because she slept for 5 hours!!!! After that she continued to increase her sleep time each night. By the time she was 12 weeks she was sleeping about 9-10 hrs every night. It was money well spent!!!

Q: is this garment treated with flame retardants? is it made of fabrics that have been treated with flame retardants?

The fabrics used in the Magic Sleepsuit are not sprayed with any chemicals. The Magic Sleepsuit does comply with all CPSIA safety requirements as required for all infant sleepwear products.

Q: Why should I pay $40-$70 for this item? Why not just use a sleeper?

I would have paid $1000 to get three hours of sleep in a row. My son will nap without me holding him and will sleep at night for 4 hours in a row! Before the sleep suit, he was nursing, being comforted back to sleep, sleeping for one hour, and then starting the process over again. I was losing my mind. Definitely worth the 40 dollars after having it only a week! I hope it keeps working but even the sleep I’ve gotten thus far makes it worth the money.

Q: How is the sizing? My 4.5 mo is tall (27") on the thinner side (about 14lbs). Currently he's in 6mo clothing. Would the 6-9 size be too big?

My 5 month old is also tall. Over 27 inches and is 14 lbs 6 oz. We also have her wearing some 6 month old clothes. Her baby Merlin sleep suit is the small size and it still fits great! I don't see us needing to transition up to the bigger size for quite a while. I recommend getting the smaller size.
