Total Game-Changer
These are exactly what I needed in my life. I’m a young woman in my early twenties with naturally high arches- but you wouldn’t be able to tell a couple of months ago. After years of postural strain, unsupportive shoes, even shoes that were designed to support but simply failed at that job, I was left with feet that looked completely flat and hurt whenever I had to stand, no matter what shoes I wore. I saw a (fairly condescending) podiatrist who told me I “Just had bad luck with foot shape” and I was prone to over-pronation where my ankles turned in and my arch completely flattened when I put pressure on my foot. He wasn’t helpful at all so I took to the Internet and, thanks to mostly positive reviews, purchased these. (For considerably less money than the podiatrist-prescribed monstracities I was told I would have to endure for all time thanks to my “unfortunate feet.”)I have to stand for hours when I work and before these would feel crippled with pain by the end of a shift. The first few times I wore these I was sore, but in a different way. Rather than soreness brought on by pressure and having my feet flattened, the soreness was muscular in nature and I could tell my arches were being forced into their proper position. By the end of my first shift my feet already looked different. Now I wear these every day I work and almost never on my days off because I don’t wear shoes that these could fit in. Somehow, there is no negative impact from not wearing them on my off days. My feet look and feel totally different. I no longer get cramps in my arches from pointing my toes. I no longer get sore from standing. And that’s from wearing them for 5-8 hours three days a week.

No Complaints thus far!!
I had Bunion Surgery on my Right Foot 8/12/21 and will be getting my Left Foot done as well probably come February 2022. My Podiatrist recommended that I purchase 3/4" Orthotic Arch Support Inserts. He did suggest Spenco, but due to the Cost I wanted to try these as they got good Reviews. I decided not to use the adhesives on each insert so that I could use these in another pair of Shoes if I decided to. Overall, these do give great Arch Support. I notice that when I wear them, my Right Foot that I had Surgery on has less pain. They don't slide despite not using the adhesive. For the Price, I'm definitely satisfied. Do I feel like I'm walking on clouds? No, but they do provide comfort and support. They fit my sneakers no problem, I have yet to try them inside of Boots but expect no issues. I like that due to them being 3/4" inserts your toes can move freely. I'd recommend these. I'll give an Update if they start wearing down too soon. Once my next Surgery is complete and I'm healed, I definitely plan on buying brand new Sneakers and another pair of Inserts. I'll keep these in mind!

Life Savers!
As I have gotten older, I have developed many problems with my feet. It has made buying shoes difficult because literally nothing is comfortable. These insoles have been life savers. I put them in my new cowboy boots. Before I had them, my feet would throb if I stood for any time at all. With them, I can wear the boots for several hours before my feet hurt. I even wore them through the airport on my way to Vegas. My feet did wonderful! Love love love these and will get more for my other shoes.

Great arch support, my go to for insoles
I really love these insoles, these are now my second pair since I've worn the first pair down. I walk A LOT with my side job as a dog walker and for the longest time, I would get ankle and knee pain. These have really helped cut down the pain I've been feeling and walks have been a lot more comfortable since. The insoles do wear down after time, depending on how much you walk in them. But I think for the price it IS worth it to invest in a pair every few months.

I had high hopes.
And maybe they'll get better but I think the search is back on. I started working 12 hr shifts at the clinic and I've been on my feet the whole time. I've been ending my day with pain on top of my foot at the ankle. Well I've tried these a few days now and I don't seem to have that issue as much but now my arches feel bruised. I also tend to roll my ankle outward/supinate and this didn't seem to help with that issue for me. I'm sure they work for someone but hopefully I'll find something soon.

Revived Tootsies!! Very Bad Pronation Corrected In a Snap!!
Let me tell you when I say that i practically have inner-ankles that touch the ground, baybee! It is rough. It doesn't help that I have been overweight since having children so I am sure that has helped tear down my ankles. PLUS, I used to dance and taught myself to walk without rolling me ankles but I think I made my foot condition worse by doing so. Maybe, maybe not but bottom line is I can't go terribly far without pain in feet, ankles and ultimately calves because of how I walkThen here comes these orthotics! Small enough to put in my cute boots and sneakers without feeling squeezed out. They are lightweight and just slipped right into my shoes. I did not take off the sticky pad cover because I am inter-changing the orthotics into other shoes. So far, and a few days in, I am in love. I look forward to my trip in June where walking will surely be a part of my daily activity. No more dreading those steps because of foot and ankle pain! All for less than $15.00?! As good as any orthotic I have owned in the past that cost me hundreds! Highly recommend this product! I am buying more and a pair for hubby too!

No help for pronation
Purchased these because they said it would help with pronation, they weren't designed at all for this and the illustrations on the product page are very misleading.
