Awesome rest!
Love this rest. High quality American made product. The included set up DVD is great. Has very clear instructions. It also has a lifetime warranty as long as you maintain it correctly. How do you maintain it? Easy. Do not force it down. Use the easy to use thumb button. No maintenance necessary. They even caution not to oil it. It drops quickly and clears blazer fletchings. No need to worry about it tearing them off like brush rests. It has a feature that prevents it from bouncing back up after falling. It shows video of lesser rests bouncing back up into the fletchings hitting the arrow off course. If you torque your bow some this rest well help your shot a bit. As it will no longer be touching the arrow. It will still be nocked so the string will still torque it some. It helps but you can't just give up good form. No matter how you turn your bow an arrow will not fall out. I shoot carbon bloodlines. The slow release feature works great too. The rest will not drop unless you fire the bow. I have even had a couple accidental can't hold it anymore fast releases and it stayed up. It has a safety feature to go down if it is hit. But removing an arrow by forcing it down repeatedly will void the warranty. It's the last rest I will ever buy. I tried two different brush ones in a month. One that came with the bow. And one I thought might be better. I'll be fletching much less often now. Highly recommend!

Upgraded and Glad I Did. Wish I'd done it 2 years ago.
The guys at Bass Pro had been bugging me to switch from my old whisker buscuit to this for a couple of years. When the whiskers started to wear this year and my groupings started growing I decided to make the leap. They were out of the entry level version so I came home and checked Amazon. I found it for 33% less than Bass Pro wanted and combined with some rewards points I'd been accumulating, I was able to buy this model for less than the entry model. My groupings immediately shrank to 1" to 2" for 3 arrows at 20 feet. It has never malfunctioned (about 100 shots in practice and 3 in the field), It is very quiet. I had the Bass Pro guys help with the installation and they did not use both bolts - the release tilted and I didn't notice. My first field shot passed under the belly of a fat buck. He looked around quizically and then stood there while I reloaded, drew (which resets the release), and released. After the buck stalked off in disgust - untouched - I climbed down out of my stand to try and figure out what happened. The two arrows were embedded in the ground about 2" apart. Even when the release is misaligned, it still keeps your groupings tight! The 3rd arrow put a deer in the freezer. Shop for a good price, but don't pass on this product. I'm totally sold on it. I'm guessing you will be too.

Absolutely Flawless
Went back and forth on this rest. Being new, there is usually a few kinks to work out of a new model. I spoke to 2 different bow shops and they had the same thing to say. About 40% of the people who buy them bring them back. Personally I think its more due to user error. If you havent used a fall away rest before and dont know how it works, you might be inclined to force it and break it. And although it comes with a dvd and a kit to attach it to your string, take it into a bow show and have it tied into your string. They most likely wont charge you anything and it will be dont right. For me, I love this rest. It works flawlessly and consistently. It will improve your accuracy a little. Pulling your grouping from plat size to cup size. Its quite and hassle free. I bought mine the day after Christmas and have put about 200 arrows through it. I also got the day after Christmas sale price :)

Love this rest
Love this rest. When I nock up an arrow, I set it on the rest and use my thumb to push the rest in the upward position to lock the arrow in. (Instead of letting the draw back of the string do so) I even like it for stalking. I just put one finger over the arrow to keep it from bouncing around while moving. I prefer the accuracy of this over a whisker biscuit which are good for stalking with bow in hand. I had mine set up by a pro, so I can't comment on the ease of installation but I'll be sticking with this rest for a long time.

Best purchase for bow yet!
Quality is in the name and for a reason! Easy to install if you can read instructions. Order the correct side(which ever hand pulls the string is the correct one right hand or left hand) setup was also very easy, all you need is your allen wrench set that most bow shooters have already, a phillips screwdriver, scissors or cutters and a lighter to singe the end of pullstring.Adjustments are very simple, product does exactly what it is suppose to do and holds the arrow from falling out if bounced around and with supplied felt is quiet!!!Love this product and happy to get rid of erroneous whisker biscuit.

Keep trying other types of rest, and keep going ...
Keep trying other types of rest, and keep going back to the QAD. Put one back on my bow before an elk hunt a few weeks ago because of how well they shoot and the locked up position to contain my arrow on a stalk. I installed on wednesday evening, spent an hour paper tuning without any hassles, shot my elk the next tuesday and it was due to having an arrow ready to go when i would have usually had it in the quiver....

Professional Installation Suggested
I think the rest itself is high quality but it simply didn’t fit on my PSE Bruteforce without the assistance of a Bow Tech and moderate manipulation and swapping of parts. The instructions were too vague as it relates to the included parts.
