Very good product...

I love this flavor of smell. Its clean and refreshing. Kind of smells like designer deodorant which is a good thing I guess. When it sprays the smells lasts for sometime in a closed room. I think it could have been a bit cheaper. The only thing I don't like is the machine will spray you in your face when you change the timer. So make sure its not facing you directly when changing the timer or remove the can before changing the timer.The battery supplied is a local battery and I don't think it will last a month. They should have included it with a Duracel battery at least at this price.

Functions well as per the specification. Nice fragrance, keeps the bathroom odour free.

This is easy to assemble, aesthetic and the collection of perfumes are good as well. I was very happy with the product initially. After the first battery change however, the machine slowed down and now it has stopped auto spraying completely. The refill container is half full, but of no use inside the machine any more.

This produck is ok if you look for a product that last 30 days.It don't give 2200 sprays and intensity of smell gets down just after 7 days

I had ordered 3 of these units out if which 1 kept malfunctioning- as in it would light up when switched on but would not spray. I tried changing the new batteries which came with the unit but that didn't work. The other 2 units are functioning well. I needed 3, so I bought another one and that is functioning well too.I understand that these things happen but my issue here is more with Amazon India .I have been an Amazon customer even before it began operations in India and till date I have not had a problem with them. But this time, I managed to get through to the customer service who promised me a refund on the unit about 3 days ago. I have not heard from them since. There has been no refund intimation mail from them (let alone an actual refund). Trying to log in a complaint again to the Returns Centre but the page does not go ahead, so cannot get in touch with Amazon. The FB and Twitter feed (they ask people to contact them there) is available where they clearly tell people not to give order numbers as that is personal information (quite understandable so). I tried sending an email to their customer service but that email is no longer valid.WHAT I WANT TO KNOW IS HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE IF WE NEED ANY ISSUES ADDRESSED? I should think this information should be made available UPFRONT!! Fortunately, for me this item only cost Rs 500 odd, so I can afford to write that off. But why should I have to? And clearly, I would not buy anything expensive from Amazon ever.
