I originally purchased this to make spaetzle. After experimenting with pomegranate seeds to make juice and ricing cooked cassava root to a puree, this exceeds my expectations. We'll worth the extended wait time. Easily disassembled for cleaning. Will be gentle so as to not damage the ceramic coating. Looking forward to years of use.

The unit works well but be advised this thing is large, it weighs nearly 2 pounds and is 16+ inches long, so if your storage space is limited this may not be for you unless Spätzle is something you plan to eat on a regular basis.That said with normal use it could easily last a lifetime but if Spätzle is something you only make once in a while something simpler that would store more easily might be a better option

Ich habe jetzt alles damit ausprobiert und ich war mit allen Ergebnissen sehr zu Frieden.1. Spagettieis: Dies war auch mein Hauptgrund für den Kauf. Ich habe es mit Cremissimo und dem großen Vanilleeispot von JA ausprobiert. Beides geht super durch die Presse. Das Spagettieis sieht gut aus, aber eher wie Bavettine.2. Spätzle: Vieleinfacher als mit der Tupperware Spätzle Reibe. Ich mache gerne Spätzle und die Presse wird jetzt mein favorisiertes Werkzeug dafür sein. Einfach auf dem Topf stellen, hochklappen, Teig rein, runterdrücken und fertig. Ergebnis sieht gut aus.3. Kartoffeln: Gehen durch wie Butter. Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich ebenfalls zufrieden.4. Zitrusfrüchte: Zitrone oder Limetten pressen geht erstaunlich einfach. Orangenhälften sind schwierig, aber geviertelt geht es auch gut.Beim Pressen hat sich nicht gebogen oder sonst wo verformt, die Presse ist sehr stabil gebaut.Die Reinigung ist schnell erledigt. Den Stift rausziehen und schon hat man Ober- und Unterteil einzeln.

Vengo da una bruttissima esperienza con uno schiaccia patate acquistato da Ikea, dopo 4-5 utilizzi si è rotto. Da li ho deciso di acquistarne uno buono, costruito con materiali di qualità, robusto e non esile come quelli che si trovano in commercio oggigiorno. Dopo diverse ricerche mi sono imbattuto in questo articolo (pagato circa 34€) ed ho deciso di provarlo. Devo dire che dopo il primo utilizzo sono rimasta sbalordita. Mi ricorda tanto quello di mia nonna, costruito con un acciaio molto spesso e resistente. Inoltre è molto ergonomico ha una forma particolare e curva, la quale rende il movimento molto più semplice e si ha bisogno di meno forza per schiacciare le patate. Inutile la qualità tedesca è una garanzia. Dietro l'articolo troviamo anche un pezzo di alluminio dentato utilissimo per poggiare lo schiaccia patate su una ciotola ed evitare che scivoli. Che dire, meglio spendere qualche € in più ed avere un articolo efficiente e duraturo, anziché risparmiare ed avere un articolo che non funziona bene ed al minimo sforzo si piega o si rompe del tutto!
