The product itself might be good, though have not noticed any difference. The package is, however, super horrible, especially when you reach the bottom. You get powder all over your hand; also not sure how hygienic it is then.

I use this because I have PCOS. I like the fact that it’s easy to put in any drink. I’m not really sure if any of my symptoms have been helped. So i think you should try it yourself.I like the price aswell.I don’t like the fact I keep loosing the spoon in the mix and getting it all over my hand isn’t great.

Tastes good - I put on my tongue and swallow with water. My previous brand of inositol is out of stock so tried this and it’s great! My period is back to normal but this may be because I’ve changed my diet. Either way, no negatives to say! Cheap too

So far good product. Packaging & scoop for convenience is good. Felt the difference after about a week in.40:1 2k mg myo 50mg is perfect for PCOS hard to find so conveniently in one serving so it’s excellentCould be a cheaper though

Good product but overpriced for the amount you get and postage on top . It being in a bag makes it difficult to use . Freak athletics don’t even sell this on their own website , what’s that about??
