I just got this so I maybe writing prematurely but I’m glad I was not scared off by the few bad reviews. It is lightweight and plastic so don’t play rough with it. It’s easy to read, be aware it does not click when you’re trying to get the reading just try to pay attention to where the line is pointed it that makes any sense. Seeing as I know I’m not as lean as I want to be right now I’d say the reading is about as close as accurate as I’m going to get until I can get a professional reading. Just follow the chart and instructions and you’ll be fine.

The little circle doesn't click into the slot to indicate how hard to squeeze, so it's a bit of a guess within maybe 3-4mm, which is kind of a lot for this. It's cheap though, so if you have an idea how hard you're supposed to be pinching it's fine.
