Company was quick to rectify any issues I previously had and the product inside the destroyed packaging worked great. Have to keep in another container because of a cracked top, but this is not their fault and was either done by a machine at an Amazon facility or a poorly paid and highly overworked and highly underappreciated Amazon employee. Kudos to the company for the quick reply and very detailed email explaining what happened. So even thought it looked rough on the outside it is a great product and works well. Upgraded to a 5 for the company themselves as they didn't cause the initial issue and they fixed it instantly!

Nice eye cream that I use on face, neck and eyes. Large quantity is a plus. Leaves skin very hydrated. Would purchase again.

This eye cream works wonders. I have been using it for a little over a week and I want to say I am already seeing my eyes look more clear. I got it for my dark circles and I feel that this cream is already brightening up these areas and my eyes look better. Super easy to use, doesn’t hurt my skin, has a nice smell and is a great price. Highly recommend for anti aging

This product is ok.

I had for a long time puffy bags below and tired eyes due to dry eyes conditions. I used many different products that could resolve redness and discomfort in my eyes. I was amazed after using the Ephraival Eye Cream I bought on Amazon. I applied cream around my eyes before going to bed. I slept through the night without touching my eyes. The eye muscles relaxed, and I did not feel the tension in my sight anymore. I was delighted with the product after the first use, and after the first week, I noticed that puffy bags below my eyes disappeared. I will use this product forever. Finally, I found the product I had been looking for for a long time. I don’t have to mention that price of the product is also in the range that everyone can afford to buy.

I used this twice a day as the instruction said but after about 10 days I started breaking out under my eyes where I used it. I don’t have sensitive skin and use lotions and soap on my face with no issues. In the ten days I couldn’t see a difference anyway but was going to give it a month before writing a review until I broke out. I was hoping for better results.
