Where can i gt the replacement cloth for this design? Good quality bt unfortunately tore due to strong winds. Need only cloth replaced

I bought this a month back now it's torn. The top umbrella cover quality is bad. Too thin material.

There is no way to attach the base to the pole that holds the umbrella. I waited 2+ weeks to receive this and still have nothing and no refund. My only option is to get a replacement, but why would I get the same exact thing that doesn’t work? Very bad product and system.

The umbrella is lovely but the stand and base are totally not suited for bearing the weight of the umbrella. We are trying various ways to secure the base so that the umbrellas doesn’t topple over with the slightest of breeze.

The media could not be loaded. There is no instruction card to assemble this product comes along . Can you pls explain how to put the parts together at the bottom?

It broke in one day because of wind that too in summer time. It has no weight in the base at all and can fly away during windy days. Absolutely a waste of money

The supporting pipes are good, and so is the roof. The base is not properly designed. I had to drill four holes on my roof tiles to fix it firmly. Still during normal wind (Not Storm), it shakes miserably.
