If you are an Olive Oil aficionado like I was, you owe it to yourself to try Pecan Oil. It is lighter and enhances flavor rather than adding to it. I still use Olive Oil once in awhile, but this Pecan Oil is our go-to first choice. Please don't let the price scare you - yes it is 2-3 times as much as Olive Oil, but it comes down to only a few cents per week in your kitchen budget.

This is the BEST OIL I cook with, I love this stuff.... you can use it for everything and it's so good for your HEALTH, much better than OLIVE OIL, tastes better too and less fattening. It is my go-to OIL!!!

This is the best oil I have tried. Much lighter than olive oil. I make my salad dressings with this oil and it has changed my salads to an awesome taste. Will never go back to olive oil. Can't wait to try the other recipes they have.

It tastes great! Not much strong flavor. High smoke point, too!I love to cook, and bought it for a recipe; seems a little overpriced to me. I'd just use something like peanut oil next time, way cheaper!
