The other side of the buds is not working

If there was a way to rate 0 I would have. This is waist of money do not buy it. It has never been fully charged since I got it and if hou try to return it the charge is twice the purchase scam alert do no not buy this product

On a sound level they are excellent. I am very impressed. I own $300 ear buds that these easily compare to. They a small and more comfortable to wear then my $300 ear buds and they also connect faster when you take them out of their case. If I had to say anything that I don't like it would be that you have to press the buttons pretty hard to pause out skip tracks and they don't seem to control volume (my $300 buds are touch pad).. but these ear buds are NOT $300. I would recommend these to anyone looking for comfort, sound quality, and a fair price.

Terrible mic sound. It cannot and will not pick up my voice AT ALL. I was told this was due to user error and it was MY fault for not being in a completely quiet room.The thing is, I was in a completely quiet office room. Does not matter the device I used. I used several different devices and all of them the mic barely picked me up, I needed to put said earbud a few inches up to my mouth for it to pick me up even relatively clearly and even doing so, I sounded muffled and far away. I had tried with a mutual and then did so on my own, calling myself to troubleshoot. I like earbuds. I use earbuds. I know how to use them. It's not complicated to use them. It is bad quality product not user error when a product doesn't function as advertised.Not only for the price but for it being a feature of the product, it should work in any environment. If it can't work in an environment that has any noise that is just bad quality. The mic should be able to pick you up. The mic should work period, and being told that it's my fault my product doesn't work is nothing less than wrong.The thing is, the sound quality off-calls, is great. You can use the earbuds interchangeably, you can use one and charge the other and switch back and forth. The quality in-call was subpar, bit that's normal with Bluetooth. It will always be a little worse.If you only want them for music or movies then they will work fine, but if you're going to be using it for calls the sound quality deteriorates and the mic quality is non existent. Perhaps I received a faulty product, but I'll never know because the seller would not provide any assistance or customer service. It was not their problem, and they were not willing to help me at all.No I do not recommend this item or seller.

The sound cancelling quality is extremely good for such a small device! However I unfortunately have small ears for an adult apparently as those are still a little uncomfortable for something marketed especially for tiny ears. I’m keeping them though. You can’t have them back. I’ll just give my ears more frequent breaks.

Wow tried reaching Amazon m the seller got no response I open the case and ear bud ejected out and the button popped off 4 months old and this is what happened funny thing no one will acknowledge my emails or chat ... stay far away extremely bad customer service .. I also recommended friend to purchase them then this happened many the left ear bud stopped working 3 months ago

I love them. I have super small ears and they fit perfectly. The sound quality is awesome, feel like there's a subwoofer in my ears. Not very good for taking call tho.Battery life is good and the casing is just the right size.
