Ooo i love this cup!! It’s so cute!!Since it’s double layered, you can only feel the warmth from the outer layer when the cup is actually filled with a hot beverage.I did a bit for an experiment to see how much the cup actually holds -and I can confirm that it can hold the same amount as an average mug!!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my mother in law because she’s crazy about cats. The actual cup is cute and it does it’s job and she adores it, however when she took it out of the box on the bottom of the handle was a broken/unshaved piece of glass and she cut her finger on it. At first I though it was supposed to be a little tail but then I realised that it wasn’t supposed to be like that at all. My boyfriend managed to sand the glass down with a nail file and it’s fine to use now. But I’m not happy it came out of the box like that.

So far I have had tea, cafetiere coffee and instant coffee in this mug and I've been pleased with the taste and the amount of time the drinks stay warm in the cup.It's definitely a cup, rather than a mug, so if you wanted a bigger drink then I'd recommend getting the actual mug-sized option, but I'm happy with the amount of liquid the cup holds.I sat in the garden with a cup of tea and it was very windy and cold but the tea stayed nice and hot for a long time but the heat didn't come through the outer wall so you don't burn your hand or mouth, even though the drink itself is still hot.Very pleased with this.

It was nice and cute, but after using for a few months, the water will go in between the two layers and leaves watermarks, and there is no way to clean that! so irritating!

Shame, I like everything about this cup. It's quirky and fun to drink from. A change from a normal mug.Unfortunately the hole on the outer wall of the insulated walls, that should be filled when manufactured hasn't been. So when I wash the cup it fills with water.Also, the return product system that is in place is really annoying. I'd just like another one sent out instead. But apparently that isn't a option. I have to send the product back, for me to be refunded and then buy it again. I could buy it before that, still annoying though as all I want is a replacement.
