The audio port does not work. Instead of mailing a replacement they are refusing me several days AFTER they receive the return. I would not buy this product.

This laptop cannot even handle a browser opening without hitting 100% cpu. It's literally the worst laptop ever made. It should sell for 50$ not 650$ don't waste your time.

I bought this laptop as an upgrade for an XP PEN 15.6 pro graphics tablet. I am very happy with what I recieved. I'm always concerned when buying electronics, but I am very happy with this purchase. Very clean Laptop with no marks at all whatsoever. Upgraded 1Tb HD is great. Also this came a full 24 hours early than quoted.

It's a bigger computer than the netbooks I've been using. The screen is very clear. It wasn't hard to download the (non-Microsoft) apps I wanted (something had to be selected in the settings). The computer is fast. I chose this computer because I heard that Dell computers last well and this one has plenty of memory.

I really like this PC. Very fast. It is thin and delivers sparkling screens. I wish I had of noticed that it did not have a cd/dvd drive. I can't load my old software.
