Very powerful and the bristles are firm. I like the style and different modes. It's very effective at cleaning. After reviewing the product information in the packaging of the toothbrush, it said that the vpm was 32,000; however, the Amazon listing pictures and descriptions say that it is 45,000. Also, the bottom silver piece fell off on the 2nd day and I had to glue it back on. Also, I would recommend switching to more eco-friendly packaging such as cardboard rather than plastic wrappers for the toothbrush heads. But, overall, a good electric toothbrush.

I have fallen in love with my new electric toothbrush! It's perfect in every way - from the weight of the base to the battery life to the bristles. The brush heads are of superior quality. I iike the four different brushing modes - the cleaning mode, whitening mode, milder mode, and polishing mode. In the instruction manual it encourages you to start with the milder mode. I wish I had followed the suggestion because it's true. the regular cleaning mode is intense when you're just starting out with a new brush. I like the travel container and talk about a generous amount of brush heads being included. Thank you!That's rare!The only thing I would change (and this is not a complaint, simply a suggestion) - I wish that the brush heads had a cap to go over them. I was able to pick one up at Wal-Mart, but it would be nice if it fit the brush heads a little better. Other than that, you cannot go wrong with this toothbrush.

The brush heads have to be replaced at least once a week. Bristles wear quickly. Don't recommend.

First time user for electric toothbrush. Love that it comes with so many extra heads that way my husband can use it also. The case is great for when we get away and it will carry both my husband and I's brush head. I like that it has different settings for what I want to use it for. The pressure cleans my teeth very well. This one could reach perfect cleansing easily and it has 5 levels of intensity, which is very good for my sensitive teeth.I love how this toothbrush feels both in my hand and on my teeth! The brush itself has a nice matte feel, and it's the same material as the case as well.Other than that, this brush is perfect! I enjoy it very much and would recommend it to anyone! I also like this because it is very well priced.

I like the fact that there are actually 15 brushing settings, but what I DIDN'T like was that the instructions were NOT included in the info packet, but was given to me by Eugene K. (Thank you) which explained exactly HOW to navigate the intensity levels. The case design is excellent. The groove on top is to hold the toothbrush while it charges, but then you flip it over and the groove now become the stand (with illustrations inside the case on where and how to place the handle and brush heads), with the air holes for the two brush heads to keep them sanitary, that are now on the top of the case, which is really the bottom of the case 👀 🤔 ☺ !

The self timer the settings love love love it’s not too loud but you can hear it in the other room but my rooms are kinda close lol I still love it thought the gum cleaning setting is amazing

Love this toothbrush very much! The tapered bristles on the toothbrush head help me get in between my teeth better than any other toothbrush I have brushed. I am a dental hygienist and I can tell you that this toothbrush is the best toothbrush I have used in a long time, honestly. I like that it has a 2-minute timer, so you know when it’s time, and I also like its four-interval timer, so it lets you know when to switch quadrants to brush other teeth. In addition, it is very lightweight and sounds quiet, so you won't wake anyone up when you brush your teeth in the early morning/late night. It will make you fall in love with it!
