stop wasting money on dollar store nets! this net is PERFECT for the backyard "creature enthusiast". my 8-year old son loves it and catches everything from frogs, fish and crayfish in the pond, to clams at the ocean and lizards in the yard. and *most importantly* it hasn't broken!!the net is deep, which is nice. the pole is metal. the net part will bend down if you catch lots of heavy things, but it can be bent back up or just left with a slight angle. the pole feels a shade short, but not enough to deduct a star.

It's very sturdy and light, the net is solidly made. I was worried it would be easy to dent and bend because it's aluminum, but that is definitely not the case. Extremely light and sturdy, I could use this for years to come. This is a small net size, that's exactly what I wanted, but pointing that out to anyone who's expecting a "standard" sized net opening.

I purchased two of these nets for my kids to catch frogs in the pond. Both of them broke within two days. The metal part that hols the net became unattached from the handle. We had to tape them together so they could be used. I would not recommend buying this product.

Nice handle and strong enough to pick up small rocks

I bought these for my 2 boys as they love to catch minnows on our beach. I do wish the length was longer but it still works.

It’s was okay but ripped after 6 fish. Started with a small hole then noticed another bigger hole after the 7th fish. This is good for 9 inch fish any bigger it’ll probably rip the entire net open lol. Overall it serves its purpose just to get the fish out of the water.

I like the deep net design. Unfortunately while saltwater fishing the bait tore a hole in the net. Very quickly a small hole turned into a net that would no longer hold a baitfish.

This net was much bigger than I expected. My son has used it on his float trips to catch fish and butterflies. This was a great buy.

Well made and durable, has been great for catching frogs/minnows etc. Would happily buy again; really great quality for this price point.
