Oregon33-006 Starter Drive Kit Replacement for Briggs & Stratton 696541

After many years my Westwood garden tractor's starter motor pinion stripped its teeth. Ordered this replacement and fitted it (with the help of a couple of YouTube videos). Tested it with spark plug leads removed and petrol pipe closed. Flywheel turned OK. Then tried it for real and the engine started first time. Used the tractor a dozen times since. Too early to award 5 stars. Ask me again in three months. PS. Its really difficult to re-fit the circlip, even with YouTube advice. Ask me how I did it if you want to know.

Used this on my craftsmen lawn tractor, came a couple days earlier than expected and worked perfectly. Only suggestion would be to include an assembly diagram as there are a few parts in the kit and that would make the installation easier.
