Just watch the amount you use as it’s powerful. A little dab will do yuh! Satisfied with the quality. It’s on the thicker side of sauces but very easy to use as an added ingredient. I use it in cooking quite often in sauces soups and even salad dressing recipes with great results. The taste and flavor is excellent.Definitely worth it. It came well packaged and sealed tight. No leakage.

Several comments from others about only getting one bottle on two bottle order, expired ...use by date, bottle damaged etc. My order of two was correct, bottles were wrapped in bubble wrap, and then separated by packing paper and well packed in carboard box. Expiration date June 2017. Opened a bottle, it was very tightly sealed, popped when opened-vacuumed sealed. Tasted it, was great and had pleasing aroma. My research indicated Lee Kum Kee has good reputation.

Oyster extract is the first ingredient in this product and that provides for a rich, semi sweet taste that is not approached by lower quality sauces.

As good as it is, I bought a two pack one broken at bottom of bottle. kinda ticked me off no stores around me carry this, an it isn’t cheap.

I hadn't ever used oyster sauce before so I was surprised at how thick it is! The beef and broccoli that we created (from Kenji's book) has been wonderful, we can't wait to cook more recipes with this oyster sauce!

The number one ingredient in this oyster sauce is oyster extractives; compare that to other brands. And sugar instead of no high-fructose corn syrup! I've ordered this four times, and it's always arrived well wrapped and undamaged, with ample expiration dates. I make a lot of restaurant-style American Chinese food, and when oyster sauce is required, I wouldn't use anything else.
