Blew up at first Day of using
To be honest, the cables look nice and tide, everything is good about this product, except it blew up the first day I used it, I had the fan at constant running, and I kept the PC turned on for almost 5 hours without using it, and when I shutted down the PC, it made an explosion sound, I tried many times to switch it back on again but it didn't work. I don't know if it's a manufacturing failure or assembly failure, but I just wanted to share.

Great psu
Been using it for more than 2 years, so far so good, this is the first Seasonic power suply, its using high grade capacitors from Japan, apfc mosfers Infineon from Germany, Vishay from the Usa, you cant go wrong with Seasonic, and its completely silent on high-medium loads.

Excellent customer service!
Seasonic's customer service is excellent!When I contacted Seasonic's customer support to ask for help with system stability issues, a representative responded to my questions the same day. They were helpful and friendly, and very attentive to troubleshooting the problem with me.Unfortunately, the system stability persisted and I had to request an exchange for the part. The return process was fast and easy, too though, and the replacement part was shipped to me before I even had to send the previous one back.The system runs stable with the replacement part now, and I would gladly purchase another one from Seasonic in the future, knowing that if problems do come up, Seasonic will help solve them.

Seasonic is the best!
Steady power and quality materials. I went with 1000 Watts to future proof this build for the near future. I have owned almost every brand of power supply (PSU) in the past and I almost always use Seasonic now. This PSU wasn't cheap but the rest of the computer wasn't either. With Seasonic you get what you pay for... excellent build quality with premium parts. Second to none!
