Their story is more mature as this is set 4 years after “I need you to hate me” ending. The banter and storyline are compelling both have so much to still work through. You can’t help but feel for both Ace and Calla as they navigate finding one another again and what it means and could cost them. This story is so well written and leaves you wanting more. I can’t wait for the final book to come out. Loved this book… if you enjoyed “I need you to hate me” then this is a no brainer. Read it you won’t be disappointed… well maybe at the end since we are left with yet another cliffhanger. 😉

Ahhh Ace & Calla 😭😭 I need book 3 like yesterday! This was such a great read. Ace & Calla are everything! If you’re on the fence about this series, I’m here to tell you to READ IT! Give it a go, you’ll love it as much as I do!

I don’t know how Calla could be with Ace, but I understand her forgiving him and falling in love with him. But the twist and turns are killing me, why can’t they have the HEA. Of course they can’t, that’s what makes this series so awesome. I can not wait for book 3.

So many times, this story has caught my breath. Just when I think I can breathe freely... cliffhanger. Now impatiently waiting for the sequel.

Have been waiting for Ace and Calla for way too long but its always worth it.Can't wait for the third book amd see what Genicious has in store for her fans.

Love this series! Well written! You come to love all the characters and empathize with them! Must read for the romance lovers out there who love the suspense a long with it!

This book is clearly marked as book 2 of 2 which implies it is a completed duet. It's one of the reasons I went ahead with reading it. It's not. It ends in a cliffhanger with no release date announced for book 3.My other major bugbear with this book is the remarkable, may miraculous achievements of the main characters in the short time since they graduated college. If the author has made them 28 instead of 23, things would have been more believable. Anyone who knows anything about boxing knows Ace's status would take years to achieve. And I've never in my life heard of an undefeated champion fighting at 3 o'clock in the afternoon.The use of phrases such as "over the years" and "worked for several companies before...and opening his own workshop" ? Come on. They're 23 years old. The entire concept of time irritated me the whole way through..On the whole, though, the story was an improvement in book 1 with more original ideas.

Anything Genicious writes just has me hooked from the start. I need you to love me is full of twist and turns including lots of drama. The story between Calla and ace is one of my favourites. Can't wait for the 3rd book!

The writing is impeccable. The characters progression is incredible… one of the best series I’ve ever read.

I've felt alot of different emotions throughout this book its definitely what reading is all about to me . When you've been on an emotional roller-coaster and end up with a book hangover you know you've just read greatness ! I recommend this trilogy and for you to block out the time to read it because you won't want to stop before it's finished ! The only thing for me is I have a hard time clicking with the heroine but I'll try again in the next book 🙂 to Genicious I want to thank you for sharing your talent with us and I hope you continue to do so after this trilogy is done !

Such a great follow up by the author as it is definitely an improvement! The style of writing felt more mature, which is great since so are the characters. In true fashion with the storyline, there’s mysteries and you’re guessing the whole time. I really, really love Ace and Calla’s story. Enjoyed having Ace’s POV, would love more Ace chapters in the final book. Also one thing that is a struggle for me with these books is that the chapters are quite long and also the chapter headings kind of spoiled a bit if the story. Still loved it nonetheless!
