I have only had 2 other guards before this one (I think they were Everlast) and I couldn't get either of them to conform properly, nor would they stay in place when I open my mouth - even after boiling multiple times.I workout at an MMA gym and do both BJJ and Jiu Jitsu and this mouthguard was recommended by a couple different instructors. Nice thick mouth guard, easy to form. Make sure to trim this as the instructions say or you'll gag on it.Pro tip.Would of had five stars if it included some sort of case.

A little thick but good. A keep losing mouthguards all the time, so I prefer these over the fancy $100+ customized ones.
