Very easy to swallow & not causing any problems.
It usually takes at least 3 weeks to establish if any supplement is making a positive difference. Not noticed any good/ bad so far. Here's hoping.

Before using must consult with your GP.
Product is effective but as per my experience it is always useful to consult with your GP. i have taken five capsules with intervals of three days , i feel cramps in my legs may be my body is allergic to it.Urine smells strange and colour is yellowish. If we do Google deeply we find is has been used mostly as a medicine instead of food supplements for diabetics patients. And even for diabetes it is not a regular daily routine. So do not follow this and that videos.

A B1 fat soluble vitamin for my brain because it crosses the blood brain barrier
As recommended by Dr Berg on YouTube Benfotiamine 250mg capsule which I take every day.

Fat soluble b1
If you drink coffee or tea you are probably low in b1. If you eat foods with added sugar or use sugar in your tea or coffee you are probably low in b1. Most people are low in thiamine and standard thiamine in your average b complex has poor absorption. This is fat soluble so is a great way to increase your levels and reap the benefits.

My symptoms worsened when I took this
If you’re going to take this for neuropathy, be forewarned. I’ve been taking Vitamin B1 thiamine for leg pain/neuropathy due to a severe thiamine shortage and my symptoms have improved over the last two months. But I thought I’d try this Benofotiamine which is supposedly a more concentrated form of B1. But within 3 days from when I started taking, it my symptoms became worse than ever. Then I stopped taking it and I got better again. For me at least, there’s something very wrong with this product.
