Lovely guitar for the price
I'm relatively new to acoustic playing - I have historically played electrics. Out of the box, this guitar looks lovely (I went for the "soft black" colour option - which is a nice black satin finish, which feels really nice in the hand). The onboard tuner works brilliantly - within 2 minutes I was tuned up and playing. The action is OK, but I will probably lower the saddle slightly and adjust the truss rod to bring it down a bit. Acoustically, the guitar sounds nice, nice warm / bassy tone. I plugged it into my amp, and the electrics seem to work well, with the onboard equaliser providing a good, noticeable adjustment to the tone. The gig-bag is also quite nice with plenty of padding and "backpack" shoulder straps. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and give this entry level electro-acoustic a solid 4/5.

Not easy playable above fret 5
Required very careful work on bridge saddle to make this guitar playable above fret 5 and much enjoyable to play! I realise Acoustic guitars playable actions can be a little higher than electric guitars but this guitars action is the worst I have come across for some years even for one classed in the budget area of the guitar market. Please note that I have already brought up all the points I have made above soon after receiving delivery of my guitar via the - did you receive your package safely notice - I presume that Stretton Payne only reads the positive reviews and only takes note of the good stuff!!! I hope this will be rectified in the near future.

Frets
Some of the fret ends are not finished properly. The colour is better than the photos. Otherwise it's a lovely guitar for the price.

Not that expected
on description dose not say about i need spending another 50 pounds to start playing with guitar, after maintenance looked at guitar he set that is a normal if you buying budget guitar. but seller don't mention that in description, plus if its damaged like i add pic, I'm not sure or it's a gut idea to sell like a new one

Stretton electro acoustic
Had a problem all sorted now, does seem to go out of tune after playing a lot, bought this for higher quality to other acoustic only slightly better, Only due to it being electro, other than that not a lot of difference.
