These lights are just okay. They’re not terribly sturdy. They tend to lean a bit rather than standing perfectly straight. When the light bar is screwed in tight to the stand at the floor, it points away from the wall instead of towards it, which forces you to leave it a bit loose to use the product as advertised.What was more frustrating for me was that, of the two lights that I bought, one was defective. You can kind of see in the picture I included that the light on the right has a stretch at the top that is a soft white despite having the RGB active on the bar. This soft white stretch remains that way at all times, regardless of what color or settings I apply, even when you use the brighter white on the rest of the bar, and EVEN when you turn the light OFF entirely using the remote… that top stretch of soft white will remain on at that brightness and color. This forces me to unplug the lamp entirely when not in use, because having that on 24/7 seems like a fire hazard.So, am I still using the one that works in the background of my stream lighting? You bet. I moved the defective one to my living room. Will I be buying any more of these lights from this seller. Nah. I’ve seen other reviewers mention similar issues. Not worth the money when the quality control is this inconsistent.

I bought this light to illuminate a darkened corner, darkened due to a full size bookshelf between the corner and room light source on the wall. The light is highly localized and dependent on how close it is to the corner. I was hoping it would have diverted more towards the walls than a line of light.I assembled the light and the components are well built. I had no problems assembling, and not worries about the robustness of the design.My only gripe is that the light is too localized or too bright. I have my light facing the corner which is dark. Because of the LEDs and angle of the diffuser, the light doesn't extend along either wall. It just had light sufficient to create a silhouette of the lamp. Moving it farther away helps tremendously, but I wanted to maximize my floor space and pushed it close to the corner. Alternatively, I could flip the light around but the light was too bright to the point we wouldn't be able to look anywhere towards the lamp without being blinded.The remote and instructions don't match. There is supposedly a way to change the light to a warmer light, but the remote doesn't have the button specified in the instructions. As I only use it for bright light in a dark corner, this doesn't affect me.

I will say it’s a little flimsy and it wasn’t possible for me to screw the feet in but they fit on snug so no issue and for the price it does it’s job and serves it’s purpose well! Love the way my office looks with it.

These aestetically look nice but for the price, they could be brighter.

I like this light, it looks cool. It felt more like putting together a kit than assembling a product (which we are all used to nowadays), especially putting the teeny tiny set screws into the legs. Note that if you press random buttons on the remote you can put it into a mode that only lights up part of the color LEDs (for example, just the bottom half), which makes you think it is broken. Don't jump to conclusions if this happens to you!

really love these lights, and fantastic packing! I encountered a common problem I saw with other buyers, but realized it was my error. if it seems your led strip on top died suddenly, be sure you didn't accidentally press the "IC SET" button on the remote. it disables certain parts of the lamp, enabling you to control individual sections. but if you don't disable it, it looks like the top of your lamp is broken, but it's probably not. and the second lamp had the adhesive fail on me a bit, I improvised with some double sided tape and all is well. really good bargain imo! Overall like them a lot so far!

The lamp comes in a large cylinder via UPS. It lights up as expected. The light is only enough for the corner its in and doesn't project far onto the attached wall. Very localized.

Setup wasn't that bad really a simple light that does or would get the job done; but I ordered the 2 piece set and 1 of my controllers/recievers didn't work I reached out to them and they want above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied no complaints.

Bought this for my teenage granddaughter. She loves led anything and combine it with music and she is in heaven. The legs are heavy and the stand is light so it stands up nicely. It also fits square in the corner of the room. The are a mega number of light modes and patterns. I'm very pleased and it also has preset music modes that pulse with the music. Very nice overall. Would purchase again. One ding would be that it does need to be completely assembled and the rubber cover (over the LED lights) is a bit difficult to put on.

My remote app stopped working on both lamps after two weeks. I worked for hours trying to reconnect when I remembered the version I bought is Bluetooth-connected, not wifi. I reset my phone's Bluetooth and they instantly started working again. The lights themselves are great. I wanted an ambient-type glow for the workout room so we could use it as a yoga/meditation room and these have hundreds of color and effects settings.

The setup is fairly easy but you really are assembling the whole light including taping the lights into the housing. Common mistake with RGB lights is tearing off all of the 3M tape instead of peeling off just the clear filament so be careful. All and all could be brighter but great for the price point. And the music/sound syncing is a cool bonus feature.

Not that I'm going to use them, but the sound-activated and pre-programmed light patterns and effects are kind of dim. They are nowhere near as bright as the static white light. Seriously, the lowest white light setting is about as bright as the highest pattern/effect setting.Best used as a nice low profile lamp for a corner, not as a stage or lighting prop. In that regard, this is a decent overall product.

I was excited to get this light, until I started putting it together. The piece that goes on the very top doesn't even fit on the light. The power cord fits really lose, and gets unplugged super easy. I should have spent a little extra on a better quality light. Lesson learned.

Received this lamp and put it together in five minutes. Looks a bit intimidating when you see all the pieces but it’s quite easy. We put it in our entertainment room, next to the tv and it’s pretty awesome. More color changing features than you could ever need. Vivid and bright. I took off one star because I’m not sure how the plastic housing will hold up to kids/clumsy adults knocking it over. If you don’t have any of those you’re set!

PRO: Has great color & light-up options; Easy to assemble; Easily fits in corner; Remote works fine (but has to point directly at the receiver to work); Solid colors shown and no light glitchesCON: Connection breaks easily (used lamp about 5x total in under a year and stopped working unless I hold the connection between receiver and lamp at a very specific sharp angle); Lamp does not light up much besides the close, direct area around the lamp itself, so only good for entertainment, not visibility.
