Because of COVID-19,I am keeping do the fitness at home for over 1 year .I already have dumbbells for strength training , but when I do arm biceps and triceps training, I still feel that an EZ weight bar is better, so after doing some comparisons, I bought this item. It took me about a week to arrive, and the package was very tightly packed. When I opened the package and got him, I admired his excellent quality. I like it very much.

Great product for the money, I just wish I knew it was made in China because the CCP is not our ally and I don't like buying Made in China products especially if say they used child labor to make it... That would be really bad. Good product though for sure otherwise.

This bar length is incorrect in the description. I was looking for a longer curl bar to fit my rack. This was shorter than described.

Great bar

Pros:- Quality curl bar that acts just like top quality bar (above and beyond anything you would find at walmart)- includes two clamps- Great PriceCons:- Like more curl bars, it lacks any type of center knurl. Not sure why this is.- Small slack in the bearing. I would not have noticed this if I didnt already own a Rogue Olympic 7ft Barbell to compare.Overall:Needed a curl bar and the ones at the local target/walmart were so "cheap" I just didnt bother. Rogue bars are about 2-2.5X the price of this bar and I would only use a curl bar about 1/3 to 1/4 the amount of a standard olympic bar and thus is why a cheaper priced bar like this is great. If I had the money I would go Rogue, but this is 85-90% there and 50% cheaper.
