not as plush as it should be
the padding on this is very soft and seems like it is good quality, my wife will be having a procedure done this december and we are preparing for the moment, she tested this pillow out and she said initially it was soft enough and that it might work, it does seem a little thin once she does sit on it and it seems to really almost barely lift her off the chair, almost seems like there isnt enough padding there. will update once shes had procedure and how it holds up, will leave at a 3 for now

After using it for a week it began to flatten so I had to order a thicker one . It was smaller than expected
