I recently ordered this 5 kg Himalayan pink salt and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.This salt is 100% natural, which means it does not contain any additives or preservatives, making it a bit more of a healthier option than regular table salt.The fine texture of this salt makes it easy to use in a variety of dishes, and it adds a unique flavour to food that is hard to replicate with regular salt.I have used it in a range of recipes, including soups, stews, salads, and marinades, and it has never disappointed me.One of the things I love most about this Himalayan pink salt is the beautiful pink colour. I don't like thus salt because it becomes too bitter when I mistakenly put it a bit more. Also, it gives me left side headache. I want to return it.

Someone who enjoys salt quite a lot this flavorful pink Himalayan salt is very nice and good for putting on your chips adding into peanut butter or cooking with as you see fit.

The media could not be loaded.  I've got several bucket style containers like this one for bird food, vegetable fertilisers and others but I've never had any troubles opening the lid... until now! It was an absolute nightmare opening it, I put gloves with silicone palms on for better grip but the lid just wouldn't move so I used a screw driver as well.After about 10 mins it managed to lift up slightly. Eventually I managed to open it but in the process the plastic bag inside got damaged and made several holes so I had to transfer the salt to other containers - bear in mind this is a 5kg salt pack so I needed more than 1 container.As for the salt itself, its fine salt with pale pink as expected. Hymalayan salt is known to have milder taste than other salts e.g. rock salt, sea salt, and I'm happy with the quality of the salt.The seller needs to sort the packaging out before I recommend others to buy this product.Use by date: March 2026

I didn't realise on purchase that this was the fine salt rather than the chunky type but my fault for not reading properly. It makes no difference to the taste which is absolutely spot on and it works fine in my grinder. It is still quite chunky and not granular like table salt but it is fine.Unfortunately like everyone else I discovered that they want to make access to the salt into a bit of a challenge. At least I had seen other reviews and was ready for it but it was still a nightmare, have a well stocked toolbox handy.

Extremely disappointed. I broke a knife trying to open the lid, and after opening it looked extremely pale in comparison to my previous purchases from another provider, and tasted similarly, not much different from my sea salt. My previous Himalayan salt was so much pinker and richer. In the image I have sea salt (top) and this salt (bottom) to comparer the colour.

The media could not be loaded.  Paid extra for next day delivery but arrived late. Box Damaged, Product Damaged, torn and missing!

Impossible to open the packet. The salt looks like a byproduct. I thought it would be crystal in structure for salt mill, I should have read the fine details.
