Ghirardelli, Candy Making & Dipping, White Melting Wafers, 10oz Bag

I have worked with other melting chocolates before but the Ghirardelli brand gives you the smoothest melt and the flavor is outstanding! It may cost a little more than some of the knock off brands but definitely worth the money. I got so many compliments on my chocolate covered Oreos during the holidays and I will continue to use Ghirardelli for any other future baking adventures.

Hard to go wrong with this brand; I’m a big fan of it. This is the first time I’ve had their white chocolate and the first time I’ve bought melting chocolate. The flavor and texture of the white chocolate are very good! White chocolate is always very sweet, but it’s often times too sweet for me. This one was good tho!Melted quickly then poured it into a mold. Everything went very well!

They are very expensive, but they work very well and they have a really great flavor that was easy to add a drop or two of candy oil to creat a range of other flavors. I used lemon and almond on Shepard occasions - worked great! Will definately but again.

Ugggghhh soooo worth it. Tasted delicious. Used to make chocolate strawberries and Oreo molds. Worked perfect for both. It was melted when it came but not a big deal. Just cut it up it’s going to get melted anyway

Made peppermint bark for ChristmasEasy to melt. Tastes great

I thought it was a little pricey

This is the most delicious chocolate! We used it to top donuts. So yummy. We have also used for dipping pretzels. Great consistency, easy to heat.

I love this white chocolate for candy making. It melts evenly and works in my recipes beautifully.
