Vanity FairWomen's Illumination Brief Panties, Silky Stretch & Satin Trim

These panties are expensive, but unlike many others so worth the price! Although I've worn Vanity Fair Illumination panties for well over ten years, this is the first time I've ordered briefs (I've finally entered the Full Coverage years - what can I say?). Although prices have gone up over time, I'm still willing to separate myself from $10 for a pair of panties. Here's why: (1) Fantastic durable fabric - just the right amount of stretch for a comfortable super-sleek fit; (2) Forgiving cut (in other styles as well as briefs) - eliminates binding, riding up, and the dreaded wedgie; (3) Enclosed elastic at the waist and leg openings - no elastic touches your skin. (1) and (2) are terrific features, but it's (3) that hooked me for life. I'm susceptible to contact hives (urticaria) so I break out under my clothes wherever elastic touches my skin, these are the panties solved that problem. Finally,there's (4) - In my experience Illumination Panties outlast anything else in the underwear drawer. No kidding. I've machine-washed them hung to dry, and they've kept their fit and shape for years.

I ordered seven pairs (at $8.25- each) only to find after they came out of the wash (washed in a mesh delicates bag- & never worn) three pairs had a “V” cut on the waistbands -all in exactly the same place on each- machine error? (See photo). That said, of the other undamaged pairs: I like the fabric & fit, it’s like a softly fitting bathing suit bottom: very stretchy material but not as thick or restrictive as a bathing suit- & more breathable. I have a 31” waist, 43” hip & size 9 fit very well.I’m guessing this seller is selling seconds? The items each arrived in a clear bag with a number on it, but it didn’t say Vanity Fair or have attached paper labels, only the printed garment label told me what it was.

Yes I am a guy. No I am not a crossdresser or wear this for some fetish. I wear these because they are extremely comfortable and my clothes fit better. These are more comfortable than any men's underwear. I have tried quite a few different panties and these are one of the best. Fits great and love the color and style.

I had previously bought this brand with great results. They wore well and the elastic held up nicely--in fact, they are still wearable!I was so pleased, I purchased them again. Something has changed with the product. The fabric is thinner and not as strong and loosens during wear. I won't buy again.

I am a nurse required to wear white scrubs at work. These don't show like cotton underwear and are quite comfortable. I put them in the washong machine and hang dry. I actually just bought 4 more pairs after testing these out for 2 months as they are a bit pricey. Being a plus size woman, comfortable and functional are required traits of my clothing and these fit the bill.

I like these for when I just want to be comfortable, like under pajamas and around the house . Barely know you have them on. I wish the listing didn't have a different price for every color and size. It is cumbersome to shop for thess. I never buy them if they are more than $7. They are nothing fancy, but they are durable and seem well constructed, not cheap.

Very silky feel. The leg and waist elastic is covered with the same fabric which means no pinching or chafing. No side or back seams. The label is printed in the back so no tags. Very smooth under any clothing. I've ordered several pairs and plan to order more.. They launder beautifully and I hang them to dry. These are the most comfortable briefs I've ever owned.

I have been wearing illumination Vanity Fair for years. The fabric feels amazing it’s opaque and fits perfectly under dresses and pants. There is a cotton liner and very luxurious overall feel. I have experienced difficulty finding this line in stores so loved getting themFrom amazon. I recommend the illumination line of panties.

Love these briefs, nice and stretchy, no binding, pinching or rolling and they look beautiful. They are machine washable on cold and dry on low. I have added a photo to show the laundering instructions since in the description it shows 'Hand Wash Only.'👍I just looked back over my orders and I have purchased 38 pairs since 2017 in assorted colours. I've NEVER had any issues with holes, no seams have come apart, no legs holes have been too big, sizing is perfect and has never changed, and, yes, a size 10 is 3XL on this size chart. Manufacturing defects can happen and I know Amazon would replace any such item. Out of 38 pairs this has not happened to me. 👍

So, in a store, I'm a 3x or size 10, depending where you go. I bought 5X because I have been on the hunt for navy blue panties to match a navy blue bra I got to make a set. Such a frustrating month+ long process. BUT Low and behold, while these definitely run small, as 2 sizes larger was needed to fit, they DO fit and they are comfortable with the same soft feeling as the bra I was pairing it with. Overall, I am happy. Just buyer beware that size is skewed.

Love them bought 15 pairs..better than additional or high end briefs...they fit great look good are super comfy do not make you sweaty...they are light airy not heavy..just fabulous for an online brief

These are perfect high wasted and sit on the hips. They are thin but silky smooth and hide underwear lines and don't ride up or roll. They are great to slide tight jeans or pants up and over and sit above the waist.

I like the silky feel these have, and they look great and the print matches other items I have as well. I might buy some of the solid colours in the future also.
