Very good product for forearm, grip and biceps. I did not expect the product will be so good. At 499, it is worth buying whether u workout at home or gym.

Total waste
Total waste.. Grip doesn't go in any rod easily.. Please take motorcyle accelerate grip which is 70 % less than this waste product
