I recently purchased this product due to all the great reviews. I’ve been struggling with back acne for the longest and I tried a bunch of back acne treatments. Let me just say that this absolutely works. I’ve been using this product for a week and a half, it has cleared up 90% of my acne. I use it everyday faithfully but before applying this product I make sure I scrub my back with a cleansing gel then apply the treatment. I’m definitely going to purchase a second bottle.

Ingredients list: I cropped the picture I took with the ingredients list, and flipped the colors to black text on red, because white text on light green is hard to read. (You won't actually get a box / bottle with black text on red. 🙃)~I've been using this for about 2 weeks and it seems to help. I almost always have some acne on the outsides of my thighs and continuing on around my lower back / below that. I definitely have less now than normal, and also new spots have seemed to fade away faster than they would have if I weren't using this.It took around half of the bottle and nearly 2 weeks to get to that point, though. Prior to that I thought I could see my skin gradually clearing up, but I wasn't completely sure. So, this isn't an "instant fix" type of thing. Also, at least for me, it's a reduction rather than elimination effect. It's still nicer than nothing, though. :)~As far as how I've been using it:I don't wash my skin before spraying it on like it says.But I am following this part: "For the best results, use it more than 2-3 times a day". I wish they were more specific about that (how many times is "more than 2-3 times"? 5 times each day? 50? lol) - or at least gave a range, so I'd know "beyond this you're probably wasting time / effort / money".Anyway, I work from home and I'm sitting down most of the day, and I've been trying to use it any time I'll be standing up for more than a couple of minutes (so it has time to dry). I don't remember every time I'm up, so that has probably ended up being somewhere between 5 and 10 times each day that I've used it.I'm going to see what happens when this bottle runs out, and if it gets worse again when I'm no longer using it, then I'll get a new one.~Other than that... mine doesn't spray upside down. It's a regular spray bottle with a straw / tube going down into the liquid. So when you've used enough for the bottom of the straw to no longer be immersed when it's upside down, you'll get one or maybe two sprays before you have to turn it right-side up again. And then it does some half-strength sprays with a few drops of liquid coming out, when you're getting the straw to fill up again.I've been using it right-side up because doing that (spray 1-2 times, flip it over and push 5 or so times to get it ready again, repeat) is annoying to me and I can reach the places where I need it without flipping it over.

This did wonders on my Family member, but didn’t help my sensitive skin .. so patch test before use !

This acne spray is amazing! I’ve always struggled with acne on my back and chest area. Pretty sure I had bacne for a good 2 decades now. It got better as I got older but still needed something in my skincare routine to manage it. After two weeks of use (twice a day) my bacne are officially gone. It's very easy to use. You can easily tip the bottle upside down and it sprays well. Recommend to anyone who is struggling with back and chest acne.

I have used this product 2-3 times a day for one week and have seen zero improvement in the acne on my back. If anything, I think it's actually got worse. This product is worthless. A complete waste of money - DO NOT BUY!! Oh, and bottle does not spray upside down, no that it really matters since I'm pretty sure the bottle is full of water only!!!!

My husband was an acne sufferer before I knew him, and still gets some problem areas on his back from sitting and getting all sweaty in his office chair. I thought maybe this would help. His skin does seem to bring out the big guns when it comes to attacking ingrown hairs and any other perceived foreign substance.And I have to say, upon the two-minute inspection I was allowed, it actually does seem to be helping. Even though it's not like he's using it regularly - actually, he uses it whenever I'm allowed to spray it on him after his shower and before he goes to bed. I'd say I manage to get to him about three times a week. And the impact appears, to me, to be noticeable, and beneficial - there are several problem areas that are now looking quite subdued and normal.I can only imagine what his overall back might look like, if he would just let me do it twice a day every day.

It’s my second bottle already and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this product!! I’ve been struggling with body acne forever. Most of body shampoos with acne treatment dry your skin so badly and I cant use body lotion (too oily and breaks my skin) so I just spray this mist and it feels so refreshing and my skin actually feels moisturized and feels soothing. It’s amazing!!

I have been using this for several weeks and I'm not sure I see any real effect from it. It's pretty unremarkable in my opinion. On the plus side, it has not negatively affected me either. Just not for me.
