Great Design, Portable, and Working as described
Purchased both, Day and Night ones.Night one was for my high schooler daughter. She has been in online schooling since COVID, and it has been challenging for her to keep healthy sleeping cycle. She tried some herbal teas, but nothing really worked out for her and we didn't want try something like melatonin. At very first time, she was skeptical about this therapy lamp, but just after the first use, she really liked it and keeps using it since then as sleeping help. She also likes its cute design and orange light as mood lighting, too.I am using the Day lamp for myself. I have been working from home more than a year now and afternoon time especially after lunch has been challenging for me to keep focus on work without in-person interactions. The Day lamp kept me awake and focused. They were delivered faster than estimated and packaging was (Apple-product-like) very nice. Especially like it come with a travel pouch. The lid also serves as a base and the magnetic based on/off is very easy and convenient.

Awesome idea
I think these Therapy lights are an awesome idea.I was skeptical but figured it was worth a try. And originally coming from a sunny country, I figured anything is worth trying.I took very long doing this testing as I figured 2 weeks was not enough. And let me tell you... I think that this product is definitely worth the money! I noticed a difference in my mood and felt it easier waking up to this light. It is worth a trying if the lack of sunshine is getting to you. BUT please give it time - it is not a quick fix

Nie wieder ohne Olly ? – ich weiß es noch nicht so genau ...,

Small, cordless, powerful, practical - takes the edge off
Olly is adorable, from its name to its design, and so simple. No apps to download, no switches even, just set it on its base and tilt. The base also functions as a cap when not in use. It's tiny, and it is BRIGHT. The high setting is enough light to move around by (think high powered flashlight), and I usually keep it on the lower setting even at work. The night version is fantastic because it is the only light I need on during that last hour or so before bed. And yes, I do think together they help my mood and my sleep. That said, this is NOT a huge full spectrum therapy light meant to treat actual medical/psychological conditions like SAAD. It's a little thing made for ordinary people struggling with some minor depression and sleep issues who want something for their work stations and bedside tables for a daytime positivity boost and better sleep. In other words, exactly what I needed.I discovered therapy lights by accident (I bought a hydroponic garden system for the purpose of, well, gardening), which is how I know their effect is not just wishful thinking. After years of self negativity and minor depression, something actually helped, quickly and dramatically. But then I had to leave home and work in a windowless warehouse... I started crashing at work, hard. I went looking for a cordless therapy light, the smaller the better.Olly was basically the only choice, one of two cordless options I could find, and the only one small enough to fit at my work station. I bought the daylight version and take it everywhere with me now. I think just the fact of how cute and unique it is helps to raise my mood in itself. When work and coworkers start to get to me now, I stop and look at Olly for a while, and it does help.A few weeks later, I gave in and bought the night version too. It's now the only light I have on when I go to bed, and I usually fall alseep with it still on (they turn off automatocaaly after 25 minutes). The red light is beautiful and soothing. I don't think it puts me to sleep or helps me fall asleep. But I have noticed a definite improvement I my quality of sleep. I sleep less and wake more rested. I've also - for the ladies - noticed a less severe drop in energy around my cycle.I do have to take a star off for the price. It's a bit high, and in my opinion, should be the price for the pair together. But they can get away with it because they are literally the only thing of their kind, and there's just no arguing against the convenience of cordlessness. I also wish there was a cover on the charging port, to prevent dust from getting in (again, I work in a warehouse). But it hasn't caused an issue yet.If you need what I need, a small, cordless light to take the negative edge off work, then the only word for Olly is Perfect. And using the two together has improved my sleep, which has made a big difference in my life.Quick note about the base/cap on button thing: Taking the light cover and turning it into a base that also turns the light on is kind of genious, part of the device's charm, and really very practical. Many people seem worried about losing this base/cap and thereby losing the light, but this would actually be very difficult. The base/cap is the ONLY flat surface on the light. You cannot set the light down without the base/cap. So losing the base/cap is not that likely to happen.
