I was skeptical about the strawberry cream flavor, but it was surprisingly good and smooth. The drink is also very filling, love the liquid calories.

Lots of calories and protein but no fiber. Can block you up if you drink too much of it.

These taste good and are an excellent option, especially for the elderly who may not want to eat much but still need calories and protein. They have been a godsend for me, I don't have to worry about making three meals a day and if my aunt doesn't want to eat she can have two of them for the day. We start the day with one protein shake to take her meds with which serves as breakfast! Cannot find them in drug stores or supermarkets
