Update: I exchanged my original warmer for a replacement and the new one is excellent! It measures the temperature accurately, warms in a reasonable time (as quickly as can be expected for a bottle straight from the fridge), and maintains the temperature until I need the bottle. With the new one I have not had any error messages and no issues with the sensor either. I love it!Original review:I really like the waterless aspect of this warmer. It works well once you figure out the sweet spot for placing your bottles. I did get a lot of errors the first few days, but I haven't had that issue anymore.My only issue with it now is that the "keep warm" function does literally nothing. After my bottle warms, it will say the keep warm setting is on, but when I go to get the bottle a little later, generally less than an hour, it's no longer warm. I know the warmer works because when I use the bottle right away it is warm, but if I leave it on the "keep warm" setting the bottle doesn't stay warm even for a short time. Maybe my warmer is just defective or something. I would think that with the keep warm setting the warmer would need to cycle on and off or would need to remain on in order to maintain the temperature, but mine doesn't do that. When the keep warm light is on, all the appropriate lights seem to be on but the fan is not running, so I don' know how it's supposed to keep it warm because it's not insulated or anything.I will be reaching out to the company to see what the issue is, but I may need to return this because the keep warm function is half the reason I bought it.

This waterless design is a relief for my life, used to use another branded bottle warmer, but have to use distilled water otherwise some gross stuff will grow inside. This one is easy to go with, with accurate temperature controls, definitely a must for bottle feed babies!

This is a life saver and game changer. First things first, NO water! My only issue is it takes trial and error to figure out the temperature settings for the specific amount of water/formula/breast milk. This is what worked for me: I would fill a 6 oz bottle of cold filtered water from the fridge with the setting of “>3oz and P107”. If I fixed an 8 oz bottle I would use “>3 oz and P110”. This will make zero sense to someone who doesn’t have this product but trust me, get this thing. It’s worth the hassle trying to figure out what settings work for you. Also, this keeps water heated for up to 48 hours, so at night I will put a bottle of water on and it’s warm and ready for my baby’s midnight snack or in the morning for the first bottle. No more waiting around with a spicy baby! If I forget to put a bottle on, I usually put one on the warmer while I do a diaper and clothing change and it’s usually ready to go by the time I’m done.*disclaimer: I have no idea if room temperature water or a different style bottle would affect the temperature settings; I use Chicco Duo bottles.*

Pros- easy to use, no water needed, no need to clean, quiet, multiple settings, works with most bottlesCons- VERY SLOW, inaccurate temperatureI love the IDEA of this Warmer. I LOVE that it doesn’t require water to heat. Unfortunately it takes nearly 15minutes to get a 3oz plastic bottle to 98 degrees. When baby is hungry and boobies are empty… this isn’t a fun experience. I have to give my son a boob to hold him over until the bottle is fully heated. This is bad news for my husband when I am not home or in the middle of the night.I’m not sure if I received a malfunctioning Warmer, but if this is the norm for this product, I would definitely not recommend

It has been really helpful having this bottle warmer at our bedside for late night feedings when the baby is crying for milk and we have it warmed and ready for him. It has consistently worked for us up until the last week or so. Since then, it has required at least two attempts to heat the bottle and the temperature gauge became faulty. Their customer service, however, has been very responsive in sending us a replacement product and we are happy to give this product another shotUpdate - we were promptly shipped a replacement order by the company but are experiencing the same issues again, and it’s only been a week. I think we will be looking for a new warmer altogether at this point

06/07/22: Updated review: this warmer destroyed every single one of our bottles. We had to throw them all out and purchase brand new bottles which was expensive. It warped the plastic on the bottom of every bottle till they started to leak. Also it wouldn’t warm the bottles anymore and would turn on by itself in the middle of the night. It almost caused a fire in our kitchen. We haven’t even been using it for 6 months. Please do yourself a favor and do not purchase this. So disappointed please be careful it is dangerous.The only warmer I’ve ever found where you don’t need to use distilled water or any water for that matter. I just place my bottle on the sensor and set it for glass plastic or silicone set my temperature and press the warming button. The warmer plays a sound once it reaches the temperature I chose. It keeps the same settings so you don’t have to set it each time you use it. I’ve warmed breast milk and formula in it and it works great for both. We just had our third child and we’ve used quite a few warmers and this one is by far the best!!

I got this because it doesn’t use water to heat up which I liked especially for the cleaning aspect and the travel aspect. It was hard to figure out without reading the instructions- but then once I did it was simple. I will say that it does take quite awhile to heat up, especially ones it gets into the 70s/80s it feels like forever for it to get to 99 like I have it set at. Makes me wonder if I should have just gotten a water heater for faster heating. Also, the area the bottle sits on is hard to clean, there is a little sensor/ball in the middle that the bottle sits on, and I think one of my dr. Browns bottles leaked a little, making the heating area all hard and sticky. I’ve tried wiping it with a wet towel but the base and sensor is still sticking.
