Defective operating system
The quality was good and appear as beautiful as online. They were shipped in a reasonable amount of time. They have an electronic glitch though that they won’t turn off unless you remove the batteries. So defeats the purpose of being able to operate with a remote. Means that battery’s would also run out sooner.

Beautiful!
These are really nice candles. I have a toddler so really candles are a no go in my house for now but these are the next best thing. They are very realistic looking. The glass is thick and there filled with real wax. They flicker just like a real candles too!

Only 2/3 worked - bad customer service
I bought these candles and they would be great (very realistic looking moving flame) - but only 2 of the 3 candles worked. I contacted the company immediately asking for a replacement for the third candle and they did give me a partial refund even though I only wanted a replacement candle because I wanted a grouping of 3. They said they'd send me a replacement when more were in stock - but I can see there are more in stock (and have been for over a month now) and they still haven't sent a replacement, even though I've followed up several times. It feels like they are stringing me along until I forget about it...

These are SO cute!!
These look so so so nice! I mean yes you can definitely tell they are fake, but that’s also the point. These look so great on my table, I added some extra lights in between and it’s the perfect center piece. I ordered two sets and the remote connected to both sets which was perfect! Highly recommend!

Christmas type light bulb, not realistic at all!
The smaller one was not the same gray color and the light was stronger. The 'glass' is not real glass but acrylic plastic and came dirty with fingerprints all over all 3 of them. I bought another brand with the flickering flame instead and they are far better in terms of looking more realistic and it has a proper remote with more options. than these but the same price! AND, returning them well you will have to find a UPS store and go before 4pm, most inconvenient!!
