Required Reading for Anyone!
I wish they had a class on this in high school. The main goal of the book seems to be something along the lines of equipping the reader with the rudiments of nutrition and up to date, well-researched material on diet so they (the reader) can better assess the wild claims that get thrown around in the fitness/health-sphere.This book will make you more confident and give you actionable information whether you're just trying to maintain regular health or have specific performance-oriented goals (ie: muscle gain).It's a read for sure, but well worth it.

This book is a nutrition bible; it covers everything you need to know about using nutrition as a tool to reach your body goals, whether that is fat loss, muscle gain or just being healthier overall.All of the information is really clearly laid out and easy to understand. I also love that it is purely science based: they don’t try to push fad diets, useless supplements etc.I’d say this was aimed towards those who are familiar with training and eating relatively well, but just want to dial it up a notch. However, this would also be really useful for anyone wanting to learn more about nutrition from scratch.

Very very good
Very very good book for beginners and more advanced. No gimmicks. Just facts and evidence based nutrition advice. Touches on many other diets and fads and Why or why they aren’t worth it. Very very good book. Best I’ve read yet and I have been bodybuilding and dieting for years. I appreciated it and my wife who is new to nutrition did as well
