I got as a gift. It was on my wishlist for a year and it’s really sleek, cute and has great quality ceramic. I use the warmer for candles and it did a great job for a few weeks but stopped working. I love just the mug but the other part which is worth half the other amount of money does not hold up at all. I wish it was sold separately as now I have to purchase another warmer and can’t enjoy the full gift.

Ordered this to keep my tea warm while sitting to read at night. I used it once, and it has vanished, my daughter liked it so much she chose to "borrow" it. Burner gets hot, definitely need to watch it, as does the mug base, but shouldn't have been a problem if I knew how to hold my mugs.

I received this mug and warmer from my daughter as a Mothers Day gift. I simply love it! I can drink tea all day long! I even bought another one for my desk at work. It's Purrrrrfect!!!

Cute set but I expected it to more sturdy. Base needs to be placed “just so” on a surface to work & it takes several minutes for heating function to activate. I no longer have use of included mug because it accidentally fell on my carpeted office floor & shattered. I’ve accidentally dropped my Starbucks mug on same floor, it hasn’t shattered. The only saving grace is heater is useable with other ceramic & glass containers.
