We needed these shoes to go with a Dorothy costume my daughter was wearing for character day at school. After looking at several pairs on line, I ordered these. They are ADORABLE. Just like the shoes that were worn in the movie. The shoes are well made and the heel is the perfect height for an 8 year old...not too high! I was a little worried about the heel or the shoes being slippery on the bottom but they were not. My daughter absolutely loved them and they fit perfectly(I think I ordered a size 13 / 1 and she wears a size 13 shoe.) She wore them comfortably all day at school and received many complements. I would highly recommend these shoes to anyone who is looking for a pair like this. Very good buy, and I am very happy (as was my daughter) with this purchase.

These are worth the money. They are very nice shoes especially if your child is dressing up as dorothy for halloween or a play etc. They look almost exactly like the ones dorothy wears in the wizard of oz. Also, my daughter said they don’t hurt and they are true to size.

As the headline suggests, these shoes are pretty impressive! Even though they're expensive for costume shoes, I expected them to be of not-so-great quality (like most costume shoes), but these actually seem to be very well made. They also seem true to size. My daughter wears a 13 in street shoes, and her feet are a bit on the wider side, but the Medium fits her quite well. We'll actually need to get an insert to keep them from sliding in the back, but I expected to have to make some adjustments. They will complete her Dorothy costume perfectly, and she's so excited because they look like the real thing!

My daughter LOVES the Wizard of Oz movie, so we got her the shoes and dress to play dress up. She currently wears size 13 or 1 shoes, depending on the brand, however these shoes were too tight on her. But they arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I wish we could keep them!

I actually bought two pairs of the red sequined shoes-- a large 2-3, and then medium 12-1. My grandaughter wears a size 4 in a sketchers sneaker. We had a red sequined dress and the shooe was very well made, sequins perfectly anchored, but the large entirely too large that she couldnt even keep them on. I ordered the medium thinking they would be perfect, but they were very short and tight. They should NEVER size a dress shoe this way-- two sizes in one shoe. The shoe was beautiful that is why I gave it a high rating. Obviously, sizing was my error.

not true to size

Had to size up for my daughter, so can’t comment on whether sizing is “as expected” - they’re too big (as I’d expect). Very sparkly, my daughter got them for Christmas and loves them. She just is wearing them for play shoes.

These are so cute. Very well made. My Granddaughter loved them. Ordered the medium and they fit nice with a little wiggle room so she can wear socks with them. Her normal shoe size is size 13 in tennis shoes. They're perfect for her Dorothy costume.
