Arrived in perfect condition. It is a sweet barbeque. The texture/substance of the body of the sauce is thick enough to stay in place on the meet. Delicious.

Surely, many people love SBR's BBQ sauce. I have tried it and use it on pulled pork and pulled chicken sandwiches. (in modest amounts.) I often make my own sauces, using a variety of ingredients and while it takes time and will not keep over 4 or 5 days, it is good. Cattleman's BBQ sauce fills a very clear need, at least for me. I use it as a marinade for anything going on a grill and almost everything that goes into the oven. I also use it to baste chicken nuggets and home made chicken strips in my air fryer. It does have a bite to it.. not overly so to me, but it is BBQ sauce, not a honey or molasses based sauce. I bought the gallon size for the economy value and taste. It will not go to waste in my home. If you are unsure, buy a small bottle and try it. I think it is excellent both as a marinade and basting BBQ sauce.
