After hearing so many benefits of sauna and steam room, I have been looking for options to have one at home. Comparing different options of building a sauna room in the yard, this portable sauna room is definitely a convenient and affordable way.I further compare the full body one and this one that you can have your head out. I want this one with head out because I will not exacerbate my melasma with my face not exposed to the heat.One thing that I haven’t figured out is whether it has the infra red light option and how to get it work. Besides this issue, I really enjoy this portable sauna tent.

Great customer service and great product

As someone who has metal implants on my entire spinal column and severe arthritis in my hip/knee/ankle and shoulder/elbow due to said surgeries and impact on limb functioning I love heat, moist heat, sauna/steam treatment because it makes me feel so much better. I hate have to to drive somewhere to do this and we don’t have to room to put a sauna shower type thing in our home so I looked to this as an option. I was not disappointed except for the included chair.1) this is thing is super easy to set up and break down. I always worry with “collapsible” items how truly collapsible and easy to fold they really are but this sauna is 1000% easy up, easy down. It collapses around the valve with zero issue and easily goes back in it’s included zippered pouch2) the crock pot heater thing (don’t know what else to call it) is easily filled, easy to understand and use, the remote works easily with zero lag or issue. It has a timer of up to 60 minutes if you would like to do timed steam vs just until you feel better3) the hoses on this fit tightly to the external heater and the internal diffuser pot and to the valve on the tent itself.4) it takes 4-7 minutes to heat up and start steaming but once it gets started wooooo it is nice. Consistent heavy steam that warms up the whole tent5) the tent zippers are smooth and easily zip, with both internal and external pulls. The hood fits snuggly and the Velcro for the seal under the chin is sturdy. It has a hand slit zipper in the front of tent to put you hands out (I used it to hold a book to read while steaming) It has two pockets in the front to hold a water bottle or other items. The tent is a nice heavy quilted fabric that keeps the steam inside and zero beading of water or leaking6) comes with a felted mat for the bottom but it is slightly too small, not covering the entire bottom of tent7) here’s the big issue/really the only negative. The chair that comes with this is tiny, like kindergarten classroom tiny. In the pics the male sitting in that chair is 5’8” and 240lbs. I would be concerned about anyone taller or much heavier sitting in that thing. When I used it (5’2”) it sat super low and I felt like I was sunk in on the tent due to this. Also due to the low height of this chair it leaves you bottom/genital region close to the diffuser pot so you have to make sure everything is just right or you maybe highly uncomfortable. It also doesn’t have arms which means it’s uncomfortable for longer than 10 min seating. We ended up going to buy a 20 buck camp chair from store and that solved that issue.Overall: great product, worth the $100+ price point, easy up/easy down, heats and steams quickly and consistently for entire schvitz. Easily cleaned, small footprint when broken down so it can be stored in small spaces. Just wish it came with larger and more comfortable chair

This thing is so awesome!!! It really is a sauna. My husband and I use it dailyIt really does take 5-10 minutes before it starts heating up. Make sure that the lid is on securely. When I first got it, I had a hard time sliding the top in and because I couldn't get it in all the way, the lid popped open as I was using it. It is like a pressure pot so make sure that lid is secure. Also, make sure there are eno bends or kinks in the tubing when you are using it otherwise the pressure will build and the steam won't flow properly.**Another thing we use it for is when our kids get sick, we take the pot in their bathroom, close the door and steam it up. It's better than running the shower and uses way less water and creates way more steam. It helps with congestion.It gets so hot which we love but you can control the temperature in the pot or with the remote control.After we use it, we open the door all the way and remove the fabric cloth from the bottom to dry out. We don't want mold developing so we make sure to air it out or wipe it down to dry. Overall, a fantastic buy! My one complaint and it's not worth knocking off a star for is that my hair gets caught in the Velcro when I don't use the hood and it hurts to pull out.I also love that it folds into a circle and has a bag for storage.

I just order in March 2022 n received it April 2022 used it a total of about 8 times n it won’t even turn on please don’t buy save your money n time it is easy setup n clean but don’t last long

I didnt have very high hopes for this as the price was so low. I have to say, this thing has me sweating faster than the sauna at my gym. I am 6-2 and weigh 260 pounds and I fit in this sauna pretty easily. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great alternative than paying for a gym membership and sharing personal space during COVID (although cases have slowed down). I purchased this sauna for my husband for his birthday. I was concerned he wouldn’t have enough leg room and space (he is 5’10” 190 lbs). However, he had plenty of space and the steam is adequate. The chair is small but he stated not uncomfortable to sit in for a 20 minute session.

I use this a lot and I love the detox benefits of a sauna. This is perfect for in my gym. I also love that you can add essential oils! The only thing I don't like about this particular one is that the hole for your head should be further back. You have to sit in the middle of it for your head to be aligned, but then your knees are right up against the front. I am 5'6". Would definitely not recommend for someone much taller. If I ever wear this out I will look for one where the head hole is toward the back where it should be.

Super cool and works exactly as it's described. Just remember to actually clean it (wipe it down) after using it!

This product works well for me.Setup was simple, take it out of the carry case and give it a snap and it pops open. I’m fortunate enough to have a corner in my utility room where it can reside for good so I can’t comment on folding it back up.Getting in and out is awkward but not difficult for me (5’11 - 175 lbs), I try to let it heat up for ten minutes before getting in and I leave the heat at the max setting. Not sure wha the temperature gets to but I sweat lots. For me, 15 minutes is about how long I last, the boredom sets in pretty quick for me.I don’t believe there are major health benefits with these units but they feel wonderful.After using I take the chair and mat out to air dry, wipe the inside of the cube with a damp cloth, maybe ten minutes or so of light effort.The heater unit is basically a kettle so not a lot to go wrong with it, two rubber tubes, a plastic joint that sits in the “wall” of and a small plastic bowl that diverts the steam inside the cube.I imagine the tubes may “stiffen” up over time and may need replacement but I’ve seen tubing like this locally so not too concerned. Can’t imagine a need to clean the tubes, you send hot steam through them on a regular basis, they should be good.

It was easy to assemble, pops right out of the bag. It’s a bit trickier to put back in the bag, but it moves fluidly back into package. I use it multiple times a week and it has really improved my sleep.

I was nervous about whether portable saunas are actually effective but have to admit this is a very good value product. It takes a while to heat up but I find that boiling water in the kettle first means I can step into the sauna when hot and steamy after less than 10mins. I was skeptical about how hot they can get but it really gets my face sweating and heart pumping. It is also very waterprrod so that I can leave it permanently setup on the carpet and even as the vapour cools and pools on the bottom it doesn't seep through onto my carpet. The seat isn't the comfiest but does the job and I sit and watch TV while in the sauna most evenings.

Estas comprando una "tetera" que apenas produce vapor. En teoría dice que el máximo del tiempo que se puede programar son 60 minutos. Si no la pones al máximo de potencia, no obtienes apenas calor. La he puesto a la máxima potencia,y funciona,pero a medias.No digamos nada de la longitud de los tubos o del cable eléctrico. Un metro como máximo. La prioridad del fabricante es la reducción de costes y no la satisfacción del cliente. Por no hablar de un enchufe eléctrico que tiene un tercer borne en el centro y no es viable en España. Ese enchufe según parece está operativo en Italia, pero no en España, que es donde vivo y el vendedor lo sabe. Esto es una sauna? Supongo que a los que hacemos saunas en gimnasios, está sauna "casera" nos defrauda. Sudas muy muy poquito.
